Meet The Team

Mabel Yiu, LMFT, Ed.D

Virtual therapy in California; coaching available anywhere.

California-based therapist workspace for coaching and counseling.

Hi, I’m Mabel—the founder of Well Together and a big believer that healing doesn’t have to be fluffy to be real.

My style is warm but direct. My soft spot is to help couples, especially neurodivergent couples talk about the difficult things and manage conflict. I’m here to help you untangle the real issues underneath all—resentment, betrayal, grief, shame—and actually do something with it.

From building trust to untangling shutdowns, or even making money conversations feel safe instead of explosive, I’ll meet you with zero judgment and a lot of clarity.

  • I've spent 15 years working with neurodivergent couples. I'm also one of them.

I've worked deep in Silicon Valley with engineer types and with military communities — two worlds that speak very different languages but share more than they think. I understand both. And I can translate across neurotypes for partners who feel like they're living on different planets.

My work sits at the intersection of neurodivergence and relationships. Because in high-achieving ND households, it's rarely just the relationship that's struggling — it's the finances, the mental load, the mismatched cadence, all of it tangled together.

I work with organic neurodivergence — the ADHD, autism, and sensory profiles people are born with — and acquired neurodivergence: the nervous system changes that come from trauma, military service, chronic stress, and high-stakes environments.

I work with couples of all orientations and neurotypes who are done white-knuckling it and ready to actually understand each other.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or identity questions, I use evidence-based approaches like CBT and mindfulness, often blended with art therapy, to help you understand yourself more deeply.

Calm, welcoming space for individual and couples therapy clients.

Hi, I’m Diana—and if therapy were a road trip, you’re the driver.

I bring warmth, humor, and a strong dose of pragmatism to the therapy space, all grounded in social justice values and a deep belief in your ability to grow.
